You have 10 days after receiving your package to return your order. Please email us at: info@shopsunhoney.com before sending package back. You will then ship your items in original condition to:

Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. There should be no visible signs of wear. **All accessories, sale items, swimwear and items purchase with promo code of 15% and up are final sale. Any returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policies will be shipped back. Returns that do comply with your above policy, will be refunded back to their original payment method. Customer will be responsible for fees of shipping item(s) back to us. Sunhoney is not responsible for any shipping fees for returns or exchanges, any lost, stolen or untraceable shipments. Please use a carrier service that provides a tracking number to ensure a safe delivery. 

All orders in-store are eligible for store credit only. All orders from our pop ups are FINAL SALE.

How much is shipping & how long will it take?
We offer Free Shipping on all U.S. orders (excluding Alaska).  Once shipped it will take 2-5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local USPS.
