How often do you add new arrivals?
We add new arrivals every week! Sign up for our email newsletter and you will be the first to know when new items drop. We also announce on our Instagram after our email subscribers are notified. Follow us on Insta @shopsunhoney to keep up with all the latest news and style tips
How do I use a discount code?
Once you checkout there is a discount code section on the right side. All Sunhoney babes must enter discount codes at the time of checkout. Our system will not allow us to manually adjust any costs on orders that have already been placed. We cannot apply a discount code to prior orders. Sometimes we will have automatic discount codes and these will be applied automatically once you add a item to your cart. All orders placed with a discount code are Final Sale.
Will you be restocking sold out items?
Some styles are seasonal and some we may be restocking. The best way to find out if items are restocked is signing up for our newsletter and following us on Instagram @shopsunhoney.
I'm not sure what my size is...help!
Please see our size guide below. *Please note this size cart should be used as a general guideline only. Each photo states the size measurements of the model and which size she's wearing. If you would like additional help deciding which size is best for you email: email@example.com we'd be glad to help!
How much is shipping & how long will it take?
We offer Free Shipping on all U.S. orders (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Once shipped it will take 2-5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local USPS.
How long does it take to ship out my order?
We process orders within 1-2 business days from the time you placed your order.
How can I track my delivery?
Once the order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your order via the tracking number that was sent. Please note that once the tracking number has been distributed Sunhoney is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we offer shipping to Canada during the check out process. Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org the items you would like to order and we will invoice you the amount.
Can I expedite my order?
Yes, of course! At checkout we offer overnight or express shipping options for your order. Please choose the option that works best for you.
What is the return policy?
You have 10 days after receiving package to return your order. Please email us at: email@example.com before sending package back. You will then ship your items in original condition to:

Include your packing slip and note you want a return.
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. There should be no visible signs of wear. All accessories, sale items and items purchase with promo code are final sale. Any returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policies will be shipped back. Customer will be responsible for fees of shipping item(s) back to you. Sunhoney is not responsible for any shipping fees for returns or exchanges, any lost, stolen or untraceable shipments. Please use a carrier service that provides a tracking number to ensure a safe delivery.
